Shabby In-Store Policy 

• Full refund is available if returned within 7 days of purchase and must be accompanied with receipt. Refunds are issued back to original method of payment.
• If you’re not completely in love with your purchase, you can exchange or get store credit within 14 days of purchase as long as item is accompanied with original receipt. 
• Items must be in their original, unwashed, unworn condition with tags attached. 
• Clearance are final sale
• Food items cannot be returned 
• Gift exchanges or store credit given only if item is currently stocked. 
• Gift cards cannot be returned. 

Shabby Online Return Policy

• Online orders are eligible for exchange/store credit only. 
• Customers have 14 days from the day that their package is delivered to make a return. 
• Customer is responsible for return charges
